I have broad and deep experience in developing and supporting a disaster recovery environment. I led the engineering group supporting the networks for disaster recovery of critical systems, such as money transfer, and corporate Cash Management, for a major financial institution. I also led the design and development of a completely new disaster recovery hot site for a major trading floor, which was completed within budget and on-time for its planned opening of September 9, 2001. Plans take into consideration the requirements and processes of the business units as well as realistic switch-over capabilities for the technical infrastructure.
