I have the ability to come into a team of people and establish direction and discipline through my leadership and management skills. When working with a strong technical team I use my technical knowledge not to micromanage, but to encourage comprehensive communications on the issues and to get the technical people to think about the right questions. I am respectful of all team members, identifying team issues and dealing with them creatively and tactfully. I lead by example, communicating comprehensively with the team and encouraging them to do the same.
