- History of successfully implementing large and complex projects
I have managed projects, large and small, for over twenty years. These have included multiple projects to integrate computer and network infrastructure after large corporate acquisitions. I have managed a large number of smaller infrastructure upgrade projects, such as new operating systems, new hardware, new applications and moves of people and equipment. I have also been responsible for managing several major components of a large project moving the BankOne trading floor and its entire data center. Project management methodology and project management tools, such as Microsoft Project Management are a strong component of my experience.
